Marketing Planner

What this role does: create, launch, and manage digital media campaigns.

You will work closely with other internal departments, including account management, marketing, and creative, to deliver seamless, integrated brand experiences.

To be successful as a digital media planner, you should have a deep knowledge of digital media marketing and be able to translate a client’s business objectives into a digital strategy. You should also monitor trends in the digital media landscape and identify new digital opportunities for our clients.

Account Manager

What this role does: manage client relationships and work to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

The Account Manager will work with a diverse team of designers, developers, and digital marketing specialists, both internally and outside the company.

Responsibilities

Interaction with clients

  • Manage and build strong relationships with a base of clients providing various levels of service for digital initiatives
  • Serve as the main client contact and provide regular status updates via phone, email, Teamwork, and meetings
  • Regularly report to our clients regarding updates and current status

Interaction with internal teams

  • Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure that client deliverables and project deadlines are met.
  • Communicate client business needs to the internal project team. This will often involve translation from Japanese to English.
  • Assign tasks to internal team members.

Account Management

  • Maintain and expand the agency client relationship, and notify the sales team when there are additional business opportunities.
  • Have strategic conversations with clients about their business needs and digital marketing goals.
  • Work with clients to collect project requirements.

Web Director

What this role does: plan, execute, and manage web development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and manage web design and development projects
  • Work with clients to define and clarify project goals and requirements, then convey these to project team members
  • Monitor, track and report on project status for multiple concurrent projects
  • Create project proposals and quotes
  • Report regularly to clients, management and project team members about project status, changes in scope or schedule and the like
  • Assist with pre-sales activities

  • Experience participating in or managing web design and development projects of 3-4 months in duration
  • Experience creating project plans and schedules

UI/UX Designer

What this role does: design websites, apps, design assets for ad campaigns, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sound UX concepts, including the definition of customer needs, task analysis, and the creation of personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flows and use cases.
  • Translate concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity despite system complexity.
  • Create standard information architecture documentation including wireframes, process maps, user flows, user scenarios, functional specifications, navigation schema’s, documentation and prototypes.
  • Work directly with customers and stakeholders to design end-to-end experiences using participatory and iterative design techniques including observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights, learn about user behavior and verify design concepts.

Required Skills/Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/interaction design
  • Native-level Japanese, conversational English
  • Extensive experience and capability with Photoshop.
    Knowledge of FIGMA, Zeplin, Sketch, and/or Illustrator a plus.
  • Proficient in a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (e.g. storytelling, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, etc).
